Offstage at Technicity, Ritesh Kotak with the research and innovation department at Toronto Police Services (TPS), talks about the work he’s done using mobile apps to improve safety for residents in Toronto. His programs connect residents with the officers assigned to their area, and give them the ability to report crimes digitally.
