The CRTC decided on Mar. 22 that it would need to study and revisit the issue of whether to allow the resale of wireless services, and the small industry players affected by this have spoken out about their disappointment.
Wholesale resellers will still not be able to operate in Canada by roaming on incumbent networks, but CRTC may revisit the decision in one year's time.
