Through 2006, most ETL vendors will continue to engage in a partnering model for data quality as they attempt to expand their position to become enterprise data integration providers. By 2008, data quality vendors will have evolved into combined logical modeling and semantic data-mapping tools that design and deploy service objects to data integration application servers within an integration services framework.
