Top Products of June 2011

  • HP ProLiant BL465c Blade Server

A server is a server is a server, right? I’d say not. HP is known for providing reliable servers and the blade server, ProLiant BL465c is no exception.

It’s good great read speeds, thanks to 4 core AMD Opteron processors and connects seamlessly to your network through multifunction gigabit networking.

  • HP Photosmart Premium C310A MFP

Rather than list the features of the Photosmart C310A, it’s interesting to think of what it can’t do. While it prints wirelessly, has a touch screen interface and has all the bells and whistles of an AIO printer, I guess it doesn’t have a USB input.

But, if wireless printing is not just a comfort, but a necessity for you, it’s not a bad bet.

  • Gateway NV5915h Notebook

The first of three Gateway notebooks featured in our most viewed products, the NV59 series have an ample amount of power standard. Ultrabright, low-powered, 15.6 inch HD screen, yes. 500 GB hard drive, yup.

There were few sacrifices made in delivering this amazing, and fairly priced notebook.

  • eMachines EL1358 Desktop

As the lone desktop machine on this list, the eMachines EL1358 has to have something a little special about it. Might be the dual-core AMD processor or the fact that, ulike its notebook buddies, it’s loaded with 6 USB ports.

Then again, it might be the fact that you get an 18.5 inch display, which would be ideal for taking in some late night Netflix or chatting on skype from the comfort of your home office.

  • Gateway NV57H03h Notebook

The NV57 series is the second Gateway notebook featured on our list. While, to the unassuming, it differs little from the NV59, on closer inspection it appears, well, to be a lot like the NV59.

That said, I wouldn’t call that a bad thing and the Intel Core i3 is such a bankable processor, along with the standard 6 GB of ram that, in this case, the rest being imitation, is sincerely flattering.

  • Gateway NV53A04h Notebook

Rounding out the three Gateway notebooks on our list is the NV53 series. Once again, it’s got all the bells and whistles you’d hope for in an HD notebook but with a bigger hard drive and an AMD proessor.

  • HP 2310e 23″ LED LCD Monitor

And, speaking of HD LED displays, the HP 2310e, 23 inch display made the list too. It’s a pretty fantastic, and pretty, well, um, pretty, low-powered display that supports full-HD viewing and 5 ms response time.

It supports all the ins and outs you’d expect, including HDMI and DVI (for hooking up your notebook) and is a great buy as a second display or fill-in TV.

  • Coby Kyros MID7125 7″ Media Tablet

Hmmm. Something about this tablet is familiar. Oh yeah! It was featured last month as one of the most searched products of May and it’s back for a second tour.

It’s still a well priced and fully featured Android device, and that means you get access to the Android app store, and all of its goodies, too.

  • TP-Link TL-WN822N WiFi Adapter

There’s not much to say about the TP-Link TL-WN822N wireless adapter. It’s usb-mini connected and bus powered, so you can take it with you anywhere and get the benefits of wireless N-band internet anywhere it’s available.

There is a bonus extension cable in the box, however, so it’s not a bad choice for desktop users either.

  • Ferguson Hill FHOO7 Speaker System

Choosing a decent speaker system for your home, or office, can be tough. There are a lot of factors to consider, most notably, looks. No really, you’d be surprised how many 2.1 systems look atrocious next to their sleek computer counterparts.

Luckily, there’s the Ferguson Hill FH007. Not only is it a full 5.1 system, but it looks like it belongs in some sort of robot-controlled future. I mean, by the fact that the speakers look like the robot turrents from Portal 2, not because robots are threatening me to write this.
