Michael Gladstone – Director, IS/IT at Condrain Group

Michael Gladstone is an experienced senior IT leader with close to 20 years of diverse executive leadership, middle management and practitioner experience in IT. Michael’s experience includes both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, across numerous industry verticals. Within IT, Michael’s experience includes both the Applications and Infrastructure sides of the IT shop. Michael’s executive-level experience also includes leading profit centres, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the challenges revenue-driving business units face.
Combining his BSc in Computer Science with his MBA in Strategic Management, Michael keeps organizations focused on leveraging technology to not only support business objectives, but to drive them – using new technology to develop and sell new products and services. Having led numerous IT (and non-IT) teams, Michael is seen by his staff as a strong leader, providing them with the opportunities and support they need to excel. He is currently Director, Information Systems & Technology at Condrain Group.
