Microsoft Corp. at the VSLive Conference here in San Francisco this week is touting PC clients and its upcoming Visual Studio 2005 Team System development platform. Although Web-based clients have been in vogue of late, Microsoft remains a believer in the Windows PC clients that have been the company's staple.
