HP introduced additions to its portfolio of servers, storage, software and services including interoperability of Microsoft virtualization technologieswith HP enterprise hardware and software offerings (HP ProLiant, HPBladeSystem servers, HP StorageWorks, HP Thin Client, and HP software.)
Also, strategy, design, transition, operation and continualimprovement services for new Microsoft virtualization technologies inHP and mixed environments. And, customized training to preparebusinesses for Microsoft virtualization products and solutions.
Among EMC’sofferings, there is technology support for Microsoft Windows Server2008 Hyper-V and Microsoft System Center Management suite. Along withthat are assessment and planning services.
And, EMC is announcing design services for applicationvirtualization with Microsoft Application Virtualization and WindowsServer Terminal Services implementation.
