In Canada, the economy is powered by small- and medium sized businesses (SMB). In fact, 98 percent of the businesses in this country are defined as small- and medium sized enterprises with less than 500 employees.

In the Canadian reseller market, most businesses are even smaller. Yet they’re subject to the same strong winds of technological change that are requiring all organizations to find new ways of doing business.

How are Canadian SMB resellers faring during this time of transition? IT World Canada recently conducted a survey and interviews of Canadian resellers to find out. The study, sponsored by GoDaddy, reveals that Canadian SMB resellers have taken great strides forward to adapt to the digital era.

Their transformation is well underway, perhaps even further along than many of their global counterparts. At the same time, they recognize that there is still work to be done and challenges ahead.
