Telus partners with Microsoft Canada

Canada’s Telus Enterprise Solutions announced Monday it has partnered with Microsoft Canada Co. to offer application service provider (ASP) software to Telus business customers.

With the agreement, Burnaby B.C.-based Telus will offer such Microsoft applications as Windows 2000, and Windows Media Streaming Services to businesses across Canada. Additional applications will be available in an ASP format later this summer, including Exchange 2000.

Telus’ intelligent Internet Data Centres provide business customers with hosting of Web sites, databases and multimedia content and monitoring of computer server hardware, operating systems and applications.
