Will Oracle Corp launch Database 12c, the latest iteration of the company’s flagship database product, within the next few weeks?
Yes it will, according to a report today from Networkworld.com citing “multiple sources.”

Oracle, however, has declined to comment on the release date of 12c.
At the Oracle OpenWorld conference in Boston last year, Larry Ellison, Oracle CEO, announced that 12c will be released in December 2013 or January. It will replace version 11g Release 2 which was introduced three years ago.
