DuPont and Dainippon Screen Manufacturing are teaming up to develop integrated manufacturing equipment for printed organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays.
The companies have also agreed to bring together the necessary elements to mass-produce OLED displays.
Together, they will develop integrated coating and printing equipment for OLED display fabrication from solution.
The alliance should yield significantly reduced production costs.
