A new year means a fresh face at the helm of two different Canadian divisions of major tech vendors, with both HP Canada and SAP Canada announcing new managing directors on Thursday.
HP is going the route of adding new blood to its leadership with a hire from the channel community, while SAP promoted someone internally to the top job in Canada. You can read about the new leadership moves on our sister publication, Computer Dealer News, but here’s the Cole’s Notes version:
- John Graham is the new permanent managing director for SAP Canada, grabbing the baton from Leagh Turner, who’d been the interim leader. - Mary Ann Yule is the new managing director of HP Canada, after Lloyd Bryant’s retirement. Yule comes from CDW Canada and will take her role at HP Feb. 15. CDW is currently the number one solution provider in Canada on CDN’s Top 100 list. [Full story]
The new managing directors aren’t giving interviews just yet. But we do have some pretty recent video of Yule as she accepted the award for top spot on the list.
