Hashtag Trending – Samsung is Apple’s OLED supplier, Equifax never changed default login and password in Argentina

Samsung is the sole supplier of Apple’s new iPhone OLED screens,  self-driving and automation technology galore at the International Motor Show in Germany, and guess how simple it is to guess Equifax’s login and password in Argentina – hint, a child could do it.

From Reddit – You know those sweet new OLED screens on the iPhone 8, 8 Plus and iPhone X? Well Apple’s direct OLED supplier is it’s number one competition, Samsung. Samsung has proven time and time again that it’s displays are second to none, and it looks like for now that Apple agrees. While other OLED suppliers such as LG are still kicking around, this April it was reported that Samsung holds 97.7 per cent of global production of OLED screens. And Samsung is banking on keeping Apple’s business, with reports stating that Samsung will be bulking up factories for even more production.

From Google Trends – One of the biggest international car shows is here, and self-driving cars and automation is the name of the game. Between commitments to further technology and various concept cars there is too much to dive into every piece, so here’s the big stuff. Audi’s Aicon concept car plans to ditch pedals and a wheel for full self driving autonomy. BMW is going after Tesla with its new electronic concept. And Honda says that it’s automated concept car, the Urban EV, could enter production as soon as 2019.

And from Reddit once more – Equifax had ‘admin’ as its login and password in Argentina. This means that the online employee tool used by employees in the country could be accessed by anyone who just typed in admin for both the login and password. This would then give you access to records that include thousands of customers’ national identity numbers. An Equifax spokesperson told the BBC that this is not connected to the U.S. hack announced last week, but this is a serious security breach nevertheless.
