Integrated quality of service (QoS) solutions provider Sitara Networks, Inc. based in Waltham, Mass., last month announced a partnership with Saddlebrook, N.J.-based Apogee Networks, Inc. to develop solutions for the enterprise and service provider markets. Combining Sitara’s QoS platform with Apogee’s NetCountant Accountability chargeback platform, the companies say enterprise customers will be able to gain visibility into the IP network and achieve true bandwidth control and management. By combining Sitara’s QoS Director with Apogee’s NetCountant Billing and Settlement solutions, the companies say service providers can introduce unique and enhanced services as well as sustainable business and revenue models.
