Ottawa-based Dna13 announced Wednesday the launch of its new media monitoring and analysis software Release 7.
The software, aimed primarily at public relations professionals, can monitor and report on business flow in addition to giving PR the ability to analyze the factors that impact brand equity. Users will be able to score media coverage based on 15 dimensions, including story prominence, key message pickup, and photograph inclusion.
Dna13 said that the increasing volume of electronic communications can pose risks to global brands. It said that the use of Release 7 software means large enterprise – especially those with a global media footprint – will no longer struggle to manage, monitor and report news they receive.
