Figures surrounding staff reductions at Cisco Systems Canada Co. in an article in the May 18 issue of Network World Canada were incorrect. Cisco’s sales and service operations reduced its workforce of 434 by approximately 13 per cent, or 58 employees. The Ottawa Development Centre reduced its workforce of 435 by approximately nine per cent, or 41 employees. Network World Canada regrets the error.
