Consortium sets out e-comm etiquette rules

Electronic commerce is today’s hot topic, but many consumers are still concerned about the security of their personal information and transactions.

In November, those concerns were addressed with the release of “Principles for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce – A Canadian Framework,” a document developed by The Working Group on Consumers and Electronic Commerce.
