Cloud talent acquisition company updates platform

iCIMS Inc. has updated its cloud-based talent acquisition software solution to include a new recruitment CRM product called Connect, enhanced Social Apply capabilities, greater resume parsing capabilities.

These have been added to version 12.2 of the company’s Talent Platform, which includes three modules: Recruit, Onboard the new Connect. Customers can subscribe separately to each.

iCIMS modules can be subscribed to in Canada through Workoplis.

Candidates who apply with their LinkedIn profiles can also link a second social media account, such as Google+ or Facebook, to provide a richer view of their experience and education.
