Cisco updates WebEx, security offerings

Cisco Systems Inc. has launched cloud computing versions of both its security and collaboration technologies.

The San Jose, Calif.-based network equipment manufacturer announced Tuesday Security Cloud Services, which combines services from different networks and applications, plus WebEx Collaboration for the Cloud, which uses a private network to enable Web conferences.
