CIPS gets its new government

The members of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS) now has a new governing body.

The organization approved on May 7 some bylaw changes that have led to the new leadership, which comes in the form of the Canadian Council of Information Technology Professionals (CCITP).

Greg Lane will be taking on the role of chair and spokesperson of the new CCITP. Previously, he was the president from 2003 to 2004, and vice-president from 2007 to 2008.
