Saint John, N.B.-based Aliant Telecom last month launched a portal aimed at Atlantic Canada’s small business community. Dubbed AlinatZinc.ca, the site offers up-to-the-minute business news headlines, how-to guides, profiles of the region’s business leaders and an online business consultant who is available for free advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Aliant’s business products and services can also be ordered through the site.
