has opened a voice/data switch site in Toronto, the company’s first Canadian location and its fifth in North America. Local sales staff, operational staff and switching equipment will all be at the new location. Cignal is initially offering three voice and Internet services across the country — International ATM Data Connect Service, ClearCignal International Packetized Voice Service and Internet Gateway Exchange Service. All of the services are provided via a single facilities-based infrastructure.
