Chris Formela has been appointed Vice President, Information Technology at Sandylion Sticker Designs. Mr. Formela has been in the IT industry in the Greater Toronto Area for almost 30 years and has held various IT management positions in companies such as Levi Strauss, Bausch & Lomb Canada and US, Faberge Perfumes and Acco Data Products. He has also held senior business consulting positions at companies such as the Indal Group of Companies, Application Solutions and most recently at the GTAA (Toronto Airport), where he was project manager/lead consultant working on the Terminal 4 automation project.

Catherine Aczel Boivie is now Senior Vice President, Information Technology, for Pacific Blue Cross, Burnaby, British Columbia. The major challenge of her new job is to provide technology that supports the company’s long-term business goals. Ms Boivie spent eight years at the British Columbia Automobile Association, also based in Burnaby, where she was CIO and Vice President of Information Services.
