Career coaching helps unemployed tech workers get back in the game

After losing her job with Nortel, Ottawa-based Kirsten Watson was offered the opportunity to attend career coaching. Now, Watson is offering the same service to clients of her own business, HireTopTalent Inc.

HireTopTalent, a career network that focuses on the high-tech industry, has recently joined forces with the International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP) to offer one-on-one coaching services and help job seekers in the areas of work search, career transition, career management, self-employment and career planning assessments.
