Camilion Solutions Inc. of Toronto has updated its Authority Suite software for the property and casualty insurance industry.
Authority Suite 3.0, which manages insurance policies, includes a new user interface that lets administrators select workflow. Designed to reduce manual touch points, version 3 also has a generic interface Web service module, which is said to let workers integrate with document automation software and external resources, such as address validation and termination systems.
Authority Suite handles various aspects of insurance policies, including application data capture, qualification, rating, quote management, bind, issuance and policy endorsement.
Version 3.0 has standardized rating worksheet, which can be accessed through a consolidated underwriting workstation that lets underwriters manage rating over-rides. The worksheet is integrated with pre-built product templates.
