Calgary-based global positioning system product designer and manufacturer Hemisphere GPS will acquire precision guidance software developer, Beeline Technologies Pty. Ltd.
The Brisbane, Australia-based company’s technology geared at agriculture, mining and military, will be integrated with Hemisphere GPS’ Outback product line and Crescent and Eclipse technologies.
