Alida wins Comparably’s award for Best Company Outlook

Vancouver-based Alida, a Total Experience Management (TXM) vendor that helps brands transform customer, product, employee, and brand experience, has been selected as a 2022 “Best Company Outlook” winner from ComparablyIt ranked number one on the “Best 50” list of small to mid-sized companies, and was number 41 for “Best Marketing Team” among the top 50 companies of all sizes in North America.

Comparably, which provides data on company cultures and market compensation, analyzed over 10 million anonymous employee ratings across North American companies and selected the Top 100 highest-rated organizations for Best Company Outlook in 2022.

Rankings were derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees about the company’s outlook and the Employee Net Promoter Score—how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend.

For the Best Marketing Team award, Comparably sorted through sentiment ratings by direct employees within marketing teams who anonymously rated their departments over the past year. Winners were chosen based on comprehensive workplace questions in core culture categories, such as compensation, leadership, professional development, work-life balance, perks, and benefits.

As a customer experience company, Alida uses its own TXM Platform to gather feedback from its employees and make changes based on their preferences and needs. The HR team runs a regular employee pulse survey that sees over 90 per cent participation rates.
