70 Canadian IT execs answer three critical BI questions

A quarter of Canadian IT professionals polled at live events across three cities still don’t see business intelligence as critical to their operations, and most of them are stuck with extracting insight from the data.

As part of our recent ComputerWorld Canada Technology Insights event series, “The Best Approach to Business Intelligence,” we asked attendees in Calgary, Toronto and Montreal about their use of analytical software. The charts below are based on responses from just over 70 people, representing a broad range of industries in both the public and private sector.

While BI products appear to be getting more standardized across organizations, a significant number of Canadian IT professionals said they are still using a range of tools.
