John Doolittle became OpenText’s Chief Financial Officer in September 2014. With more than 20 years of financial experience, John is a finance professional with international experience and exposure to a broad range of financial disciplines. John is a chartered accountant with expertise in taxation, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining OpenText, John most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mattamy Homes, a widely recognized leader in building master planned communities. Prior to joining Mattamy, John held senior financial roles at Nortel Networks, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2009. Additionally, he has served as the Vice-President of Finance for the Bank of Montreal’s Global Treasury Group. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant (1988).
