Our latest project is DNA Sequencing and Analysis (in cooperation with Google Cloud Platform and the University of Queensland)

The project idea is to analyze pathogens which are affecting hospital patients with a sepsis condition. Sepsis is a life-threatening condition and without proper treatment, a patient can die in 24-48 hours.

Software should detect pathogens kinds and also their antibiotic-resistant genes. This information will help doctors to select the best medications for treatment.
