Carlos M.C. F. Silva, IT Director, Ontario Clean Water Agency As Director, Information Technology for the Ontario Clean Water Agency, Carlos is responsible for providing vision and strategic direction in an environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders. As part of his role, Carlos helps to provide leadership, transforms, delivers and inspires a broad range of technical and business skills that comprise the three very unique departments within the Information Technology Division – Infrastructure Services, Business Solutions and Operational Systems departments.
