Closing the skills gap in IT jobs

In a speech titled “It’s not all geek to me; closing the skills gap in information technology,” Gaylen Duncan, president and CEO of Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) said that not enough people have the skills that IT companies need to keep growing. That was in March 1998. IT World Canada asked him to talk about the progress made since then.
