So you sussed out your tech staff regarding your e-business infrastructure proposal, and they either gave you a) a concise and thoughtful strategy on how best to proceed and who to call, topped with a resounding “no problem,” or b) blank stares. If the latter sounds familiar, then it may be time to call in reinforcements. That means diving into the world of technology consultants and integrators. Many of you have been there, done that – you already have established relationships with an independent, or with your primary vendor’s service folks. Others will have to pick up the phone and start calling.
