In Conversation: Dan Mathieson

The city of Stratford, Ont., population 32,000, was named one of the world’s smartest cities in 2010, 2011 and 2012 by the Intelligent Community Forum, a New York-based think-tank promoting the use of broadband internet access for economic and community development, and is in the running again for 2013.
