A featured speaker at industry conferences, university programs, and vendor events, Jill also serves as a judge for several best practices awards, is on the faculty of The Data Warehousing Institute, and is an active blogger. Jill was the co-founder of Baseline Consulting, a management consulting firm that was acquired by SAS in 2011.
Her first book, e-Data has been published in eight languages, and she is the author of The CRM Handbook, a best-seller. Her work has been featured in major publications such as Computerworld, the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek.com, and Forbes.com. Her last book, Customer Data Integration: Reaching a Single Version of the Truth, was the first book on the topic of Master Data Management. Her forthcoming book, The New IT, will be published later this year.
